Ashad Company and Dom Capital Financial announced the signing of an agreement to establish a joint investment fund aimed at developing a luxury five-star hotel in Al Khobar city.
The project is expected to contribute to the growth of the tourism sector in the region, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which seeks to develop the tourism industry and increase the annual number of tourists to 100 million by 2030.
