The new properties include: Hotel Indigo – Jeddah Gate InterContinental – Al Khobar Al Hamra Voco – Al Khobar Al Andalus Together, these hotels will introduce over 1,700 rooms to Saudi Arabia’s hospitality sector, supporting the Kingdom’s vision to boost tourism, attract global visitors, and enhance hotel services. According to Mr. Ali Al Ali, Chairman of Ashaad, this initiative is part of the company’s wider ambition to develop 30 hotels across the Kingdom by 2030, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s strategic roadmap for a thriving, world-class hospitality industry. This expansion represents a milestone in Ashaad’s journey to position itself as a leading player in real estate and tourism, delivering premium accommodations, innovative experiences, and supporting the Kingdom’s growing global presence.
