Ashaad Real Estate Development has announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Marriott International to develop Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra, the first hotel under the Sheraton brand in the city of Al Khobar and the largest five-star luxury hotel in the region.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the hotel will feature 580 elegant rooms and suites combining comfort and modern design, along with three innovative dining concepts, flexible social spaces, state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities, and a range of leisure amenities including a fitness center, spa, swimming pool, and kids’ club.

Meanwhile, Tariq Dweidar of Aleph Hospitality, the hotel’s operator, expressed pride in leading a project set to become a landmark in Al Khobar’s hospitality scene.
